i just got a new pontiac g5 and i want to change my own oil, i just dont know how to find the pan, or what tools to use, any suggestions? is there a website with a diagram or something?

From the sounds of it you are to far from being someone who should even attempt to open the hood let alone change your own oil. sorry if I sound rude but your warranty could be compromised if you do it yourself. Pay the few extra bucks and have a shop do it.
