I am trying see other repair man but I have to have understanding of how this things work. Help HelpCan you tell me in detail how and where engine oil of a toyota corolla flows?Oil is picked up by the pump through a sump filter and through the oil filter. From there, through oil galleries in the block and head to the crankshaft and camshaft. Oil is flung in a fog state to the underside of the pistons and through the connecting rod to the piston pin. Oil is also dripped onto the valves. Your oil pump, seals and pressure regulator (the spring thing) would be the first place to check. Can you tell me in detail how and where engine oil of a toyota corolla flows?Send me an email to baratoman4u@yahoo.com. I have my book for the 82 celica, but still same engine or flow problems would be the same. I can get it and scan, send you the info.
