I was trying to change my oil this was my first time changing my oil since i bought a new motor for my car and it was hard to turn the bolt but i finally moved but i keep unscrewing it and saw that i was getting nowhere i was wondering how would i be able to remove the bolt out of the oil pan so i can continue changing my oil?How to remove a stripped oil pan bolt?One thing to try is clamping a large set of Vice Grips on the head of the drain plug and pull out while turning. Another is if there is room between the head of the drain plug, put as large a screwdriver that will fit between the plug and oil pan and apply pressure to the drain plug as you turn. i would replace the oil pan for a permanrnt fix.
